To Nap or Not

A question about napping

Got any opinions on naps? On days when I wake up tired from apnea/CPAP I'm wondering if I should take a nap to catch up or if that's counterproductive. Some people seem to be able to take 20 minute power naps but mine always end up being 60-90 minutes long... maybe I should set an alarm for 20 minutes and try to get used to that?
